*We do not provide binding legal quotes online. All final project estimates are subject to an in-person, structural inspection of the physical property and subfloors.

2.Property & Unforeseen Conditions Disclaimer

Any rough estimates or project scopes discussed over the phone, text, or email are preliminary. South Lake Floors reserves the right to modify or withdraw an estimate if unforeseen property conditions- including but not limited to pre-existing subfloor damage, hidden mold, unlevel surfaces, or rot- are discovered during the on-site physical inspection or during the installation process.
